Steve is President of Hodson Realty, Inc. which has been meeting Fairfield County’s commercial and residential real estate needs for over 40 years. His father, Ernie Hodson, founded the company where Steve began his career after graduating from the University of Connecticut earning a degree in Business Education with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Studies.
Steve served on a panel of Real Estate experts who guided the development of the popular real estate book, The Unofficial Guide to Buying a Home, and was technical editor in the development of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Buying and Selling a Home.
A Trumbull resident for over 35 years, Steve has served the community on the Trumbull Economic Development Commission, was Chairman of the Board of Assessment Appeals in Trumbull, a Board Member for the Center for Family Justice, served as President of Trumbull Rotary Club and is a committed volunteer at the Thomas Merton Center in Bridgeport. Steve is also a Deacon at St. Luke’s Church in Westport. His professional memberships include: Bridgeport Regional Business Council, Fairfield County Commercial Brokers Network, and the Trumbull and Greater Valley Chambers of Commerce. Steve has worked as a consultant for the City of Bridgeport and the towns of Stratford, Trumbull, Monroe, and East Haven.

Annelisse grew up in Venezuela where she studied and earned a degree in Business Administration. She is fluent in Spanish and English. In 2010, she moved to the United States and has lived in Trumbull, CT since then.

John’s business acumen includes ownership of several local businesses. Ted Hoyt has 4 decades of experience in the commercial real estate business, specializing in office, retail and industrial transactions.
He's handled everything from one room rentals to multi-million dollar sales. He has negotiated transactions throughout New Haven and Fairfield counties, though he specializes in Stratford real estate where he was born and raised. His clients have included corporations, hospitals, law firms, insurance companies, municipalities as well as individuals and small businesses.
Ted joined the Hodson Realty team in 2015 specializing in commercial real estate. In his 40 year real estate career, Ted has sold millions of dollars of real estate and leased numerous office, retail and industrial properties in the greater Stratford market.
Dan has strong community roots in Stratford and Trumbull. He attended Frank Scott Bunnell High School in Stratford and earned his degree in Business Management from Boston University. After college, he attended New England School of Law graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in May, 1993 and admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1993.
Dan is himself a real estate investor, entrepreneur and agent and has been involved in commercial real estate development and residential investment property development since 1995.
He joined the Hodson Realty team in 2017 and looks forward to working closely with his clients in pursuing their real estate goals.
Catherine’s interest in real estate started over 15 years ago with the purchase of her first multi-family investment property in Westchester, NY. She brings many years of marketing and finance experience to her position having served as international market research manager; acquisition, partnership, online, and retention marketer; finance director and business manager/consultant for organizations including The McGraw Hill Companies, Time Magazine/Time Warner, Magazines.com, and Columbia Teacher’s College.
Catherine’s areas of expertise include analytics, valuation, and contract negotiations. She has the exceptional ability to focus on proper market pricing. Having purchased and renovated many of her own properties, she has an extensive skill set in showcasing a property’s best features. In addition to a real estate license, Catherine also holds an appraisal certification. She has experience in both commercial and residential leasing as well as residential sales.
Catherine has a BA from McGill University in Montreal and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Paul joined the Hodson Realty team in 2019 and brings many years of experience from both the business and public sectors to his real estate career. He is state certified to represent residential and commercial owners, buyers and investors specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate. Paul is also the President of Connections Plus, LLC, a consulting company specializing in community relations and customer expansion.
From 1988 to 2016, Paul served as President and CEO of The Bridgeport Regional Business Council responsible for strategic planning and economic development initiatives for the organization.
Paul’s diverse experience includes being a grade school teacher, Vice President of The Appraisal Group, Town Clerk for the Town of Trumbull 1975-81 and elected Trumbull’s First Selectman 1981-87. He also serves with various civic, governmental, and political organizations.
Mark joined Hodson Realty, Inc. in 2017 after a long career in Software Technical Sales with companies such as IBM, Oracle and Hyperion. He has turned his years of business experience to the real estate marketplace bringing commercial and residential home buyers/tenants and sellers/owners together.
Mark successfully matches his commercial clients with the best properties in the area because his top priority is to understand the particular real estate objectives for a business’ growth and the seller/ lessor’s needs.
